Brake Inspection, Bulb Replacement, MOT, Servicing, Tyre Repair, Wheel Alignment
Very satisfied with the service received at Riverside Doncaster. Only one minor thing remains outstanding but should be cleared up shortly. Martin was very professional and helpful throughout and I would recommend him as a point of contact for any potential customers. The car was prepared to an immaculate standard and it was incredibly difficult to distinguish it from a new car despite having 11k miles on the odometer.
Excellent service from start to finish. Found my vehicle fault straight away, after another garage failed. Gail kept me up to date on everything. Excellent friendly staff, five star experience
Having just taken delivery of a new XC60, I must pass on my thanks to Martin for looking after me throughout the buying process. It was simple and effective, with Martin guiding me through in an easy, friendly way. Great cars and people!
I have always had good service here. Friendly staff and I've always been happy with the work done.
Very poor service having taken a new XC40 on a lease, delivered by Riverside. Brand new car arrived damaged, with the delivery driver showing no concern. Wasn't allowed to get repaired locally so had to have it collected with another 300+ miles added to the brand new vehicle. Should have been shown how all the features work, especially connecting the vehicle to the internet, which a lot of the features need, but wasn't shown anything, even when I asked to be shown. Now having to take it to a local Volvo dealer so they can give me the introduction that Riverside should have done. And judging by how the economy has improved since delivery I would guess the delivery driver thrashed the car for the 150 delivery miles.
